Every platform and form has its own dimension requirement. Resize to exact pixels or a percentage, crop to a preset or freeform aspect ratio, or jump straight to the right size for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
Resizing and cropping solve different problems. Resizing changes an image's overall dimensions while keeping the whole frame (useful for hitting a form's exact pixel requirement or shrinking a photo before upload). Cropping cuts away part of the image to change its aspect ratio or focus on one subject (useful for profile pictures, thumbnails, or fitting a specific width-to-height ratio like 1:1 or 16:9).
All resizing and cropping happens locally in your browser using the Canvas API, so nothing is uploaded to a server and results appear instantly, even for large batches.
